New Construction

The Quality You Deserve

We prioritize our clients and make sure they are satisfied with our work. Contact us today to learn more about how we can assist you in your project.

Here is a general timeline of our new construction projects:

1. Rough-in, Temporary Electric Power Distribution, and Underground Conduit:
We set up a temporary electric pole or generator to power the electricity-dependent tools. If needed, we also install electrical conduits before the floor is finalized with concrete.

2. Second Rough-in:
In this step, we install everything before the insulation, sheetrock, and trim work. We hang our device boxes, distribute power to each circuit from the main electrical service box, and install exhaust fans and lighting. We also install soffit lights if the plans require them since the roofing installation occurs during this stage. After this, we call for a rough inspection and move on to the entertainment, alarm, and networking cables if the plan requires it.

3. Second Temporary Lighting:
We install a few lights and switches to assist the other trades. However, we only install them temporarily since sheetrock, mud, and paint often damage these devices.

4. Finish:
This is the final phase, where we install all devices, including fans, lights, receptacles, and external electrical items. We test everything to ensure everything is working correctly; if anything is not, we can correct it before our final electrical inspection. More
