Replacing old devices

When replacing old devices such as a range hood, bathroom vent, or paddle fan, we charge an upfront trip fee of $199 plus tax for the first hour. If the repair takes over an hour, we charge a time and material rate of $169 per hour plus tax. The cost of our materials is approximately 50% higher than those found in typical box stores.

Repair and Troubleshooting

If you require a circuit repair or troubleshooting, we charge an upfront fee of $399 for the first three hours, plus tax. After the first three hours, we charge $169 per hour. For the materials required, we usually mark up the price by fifty percent compared to the typical box store price.

New Construction

For a basic residential remodeling project that involves one light and one switch per room, the starting cost is $15 per square foot if the studs are clean. However, the cost may vary based on the size of the area and the type of construction involved, whether cement or wood-based, the height of the property, and the ease of access to the site. Additionally, the cost can be affected by the power requirements of any equipment involved, such as a pool, sauna, or electric vehicle.
